Guardian Shines Brightly at Multifamily NW ACE Awards
Once again, Guardian takes a top honor at the Multifamily NW ACE Awards.
The Apartment Community Excellence (ACE) Awards honors leaders in property management who proudly create thriving apartment communities and who are role models for others to strive to emulate.
We are thrilled to share that Robert Shirtliff was recognized as Maintenance Tech of the Year in the 100-199 unit category! Robert joined the Guardian team in February 2021 as a Maintenance Tech at Willakenzie Crossing and Prairie View in Eugene, Oregon. Recently, Robert started a new role as Maintenance Lead of The Louisa in Portland, Oregon.
His nomination explains what makes him exceptional:
Robert is meticulous in his work while still providing the highest level of customer service and quality. He works two separate properties on his own, with a total of 120 units. Both properties look amazing--one just had a lender inspection with zero property findings!!! The residents value Robert and trust him. He also maintains a great relationship with our vendors. Robert is top tier.
