Guardian Team "Levels Up" at Leadership Conference
In April, more than 200 of our team members gathered for our Annual Leadership Conference to "Level Up" our property management skills.
For two days, our team participated in training sessions and team-building events, as well as our annual awards dinner and ceremony. Training sessions included breakouts for affordable and market rate managers, along with maintenance-specific programming that included an afternoon of hands-on training at Fuller Station, a local affordable community. Favorite topics included Wow! Moments in Leasing, Fair Housing and Legislative Updates, Breaking the Cycle of Unconscious Bias, and De-escalation and Conflict Management, as well as classes on HOTMA, Yardi RightSource, CRM, cyber security, social media, maintenance policies and procedures, and crisis communications.
In addition to training, the team also participated in dinners with their portfolio teams and enjoyed raffle prizes from our sponsors! At the end of the second day, we all gathered together to celebrate our successes at our Awards Dinner and Ceremony. Enjoy a peek into the festivities in the photo gallery below!
Celebrating Guardian's Successes
Every year, we take an evening to celebrate the prior year's accomplishments and successes. This year, we recognized 56 Top Shops, including 10 Top Shop All Stars who received three or more 100% shops during the year! In addition, we celebrated our 15 Best in Class Resident Survey winners, recognized by Ellis, a Grace Hill Company.
We are also proud to recognize the following team members for their achievements in 2023:
