Guardian welcomes Jack Doyle as Asset Manager
Guardian Real Estate Services LLC (“Guardian”) is pleased to announce the hiring of John “Jack” Doyle as Asset Manager.
Jack Doyle brings seven years of experience in asset management, acquisitions, refinancing, and underwriting. In his role with Guardian, he will provide ongoing asset performance evaluation, determine operational opportunities, and conduct risk management analyses and monitoring.

Before joining Guardian, Jack was an Asset Manager at Newcastle Limited, a prominent Chicago real estate firm focused on multifamily, retail, and mixed-use properties. While at Newcastle, Jack conducted market research for business planning and investor reporting purposes. He also performed quarterly valuations for a $1.2 billion real estate portfolio consisting of 3,000 apartments and 600,000 square feet of retail space. Earlier in his career, Jack worked as a Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst for First Midwest Bank.
Jack received his Bachelor of Arts from Loras College in Dubuque, Iowa, where he double majored in Finance and Marketing and minored in Management Information Systems.
