Team Spotlight on Aaron Riddle

Aaron Riddle joined the Guardian team in February 2021 as an Assistant Manager and transitioned to a Maintenance Technician role before joining the Regional Maintenance Team. Currently, Aaron is a Regional Maintenance Lead for Guardian, serving properties throughout Oregon and Washington.
"There are a lot of things I love about working for Guardian. They're very team oriented. They treat everybody not like an employee; they treat everyone like person. It's great to work and have that team camaraderie."
