Ben Bortolazzo, Vice President of Development, leads the company's development efforts. Before joining Guardian in 2022, Ben spent 19 years at Otak, Inc., where he led a team of planners, designers, and architects. Located in our Portland headquarters, Ben is experienced in master plan development, building design, and land development and entitlement processes.
