Get to know Rhea Barlow! Rhea joined Guardian in May 2022 as the Assistant Manager at Park Avenue West and has been a valuable member of the leasing and operations team. Located in the heart of downtown Portland, Oregon, Park Avenue West offers luxurious urban living featuring city views, concierge services, and top-tier amenities.
