Alana joined Guardian in September 2024 as a Portfolio Manager with more than 20 years of experience in the multifamily housing industry. Prior to joining Guardian, Alana held roles such as Director of Property Management and Senior Regional Portfolio Manager, where she successfully managed numerous properties, mentored teams, and ensured compliance with all regulations. Her experience spans various sectors, including affordable housing, commercial rental spaces, HOA, and multifamily properties.

Specialities

Alana specializes in guiding teams to ensure her communities’ financial and operational success. She has a hands-on approach to leadership and is passionate about mentorship. Alana is a Certified Apartment Manager from the National Apartment Association (NAA) and a licensed property manager in Oregon. For more than a decade, she has volunteered with Rebuilding Together Portland to support low-income homeowners and families.
