Prior to joining Guardian, Amanda held roles such as Director of Operations and Regional Portfolio Manager where she successfully managed properties in Washington, Oregon, and California.

Amanda has extensive experience with acquisitions, lease-ups, and overseeing construction and major remodel projects. She specializes in budgeting, team leadership, and vendor relations. She emphasizes mentorship and collaboration, focusing on recognizing achievements and fostering the exchange of ideas to cultivate a growth mindset. With a passion for learning and continuous education, Amanda holds a real estate broker license in both Washington and Oregon.
