Carrie is a seasoned leader with more than 20 years of experience in property management, organizational leadership, and operational oversight. Before joining Guardian in 2025, her career included previous roles at REACH Community Development, Income Property Management, and Relay Resources, where she successfully oversaw multiple asset classes and ensured compliance with federal and state regulations. She is experienced in optimizing financial performance and fostering collaborative work environments, as well as equipped with a deep understanding of vendor management, community engagement, and resident relations. She has also played a pivotal role in major property transitions, demonstrating her ability to navigate complex challenges with strategic foresight.
