Cerissa began her property management career in 2000 as a leasing consultant for Guardian, and quickly rose through the ranks as a Transition Specialist, Community Manager, and Portfolio Manager. Prior to rejoining Guardian in 2024 as a Portfolio Manager, Cerissa worked as a Regional Manager for a regional management company specializing in manufactured home, multifamily, and RV communities.

Specialities

Cerissa has experience in conventional, affordable, and manufactured housing, including budgeting, lender and agency reporting, compliance and fair housing, maintenance oversight, and marketing and leasing. Her background in human resources makes her an exceptional team leader, focused on mentorship and training. Cerissa holds a Master of Science in Management and Organizational Leadership and a Bachelor of Business Administration and Management with a Minor in Human Resources from Warner Pacific College.
