Experience

Christine joined the Guardian team in 2022, bringing more than 20 years of industry experience. Her prior experience includes working with various regional management companies and housing authorities. Christine has managed conventional and affordable properties, and she worked on the first RAD conversions with the housing authority. Since 2017, Christine has focused on portfolio management, building high-performing teams with a focus on growth and mentorship.

Specialities

Christine specializes in affordable housing and works to improve asset performance and build communities. She is skilled in negotiation, budgeting, sales, and facilities management. Christine holds a LIHTC certification from Quadel and an Associate of Applied Science degree from the University of Alaska Anchorage.
