Hollie Forsman

Experience

Hollie joined the Guardian team in 2018. She has nearly 20 years of extensive residential and commercial real estate experience in business operations, property management, and executive leadership. Before Guardian, Hollie worked at an equity firm where her responsibilities included real estate sales, raising capital, maintaining investor relations, and managing acquisition and development projects. She led teams through lender underwriting while overseeing the development of Class A mixed-use, apartment, and boutique hotel assets. By 2013, Hollie’s focus gradually shifted to asset management of mixed-use, conventional, and affordable assets.

Specialities

Hollie specializes in affordable (HUD, RD, LIHTC), conventional, and mixed-use/commercial projects. Finding ways to leverage additional income is a career-long drive. However, Hollie’s true passion is leading our teams through Guardian’s culture, overseeing all operations, and finding creative and impactful ways to train and support our site teams. Hollie holds a Business Management Degree, as well as a Principal Broker License in the State of Oregon.
