Experience

Jill joined the Guardian team in 2023 as Portfolio Manager. Previously, she was the traveling regional manager for a regional property management company, overseeing conventional and affordable communities in Oregon, Washington, Nevada, California, New Mexico, Colorado, and Arizona. She also has experience managing rehab projects, the most recent being a conversion of a hotel/lodge into workforce housing in Steamboat Springs, Colorado.

Specialities

With more than ten years of experience, Jill is experienced in HUD, tax credit, and conventional properties. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Environmental Science from Washington State University.
