Kevin Webb

Experience

With more than 30 years of experience, Kevin joined Guardian in 2016. His talents were quickly recognized, and he was promoted to Regional Maintenance Supervisor for Washington and NW Oregon before expanding his role to include all of Oregon, Arizona, and Texas. He plays an integral role in rolling out technology improvements, including the adoption of Yardi’s Maintenance IQ, digital PMIs on Yardi's MIQ, and smart security systems. In 2023, Kevin was promoted to the Director of Maintenance, overseeing all properties. Before joining Guardian, Kevin helped develop, build, and manage projects for high-end homes. He focused on multi-dimensional, custom-built cabinets and fancy interior/exterior finish packages. He was always involved in vendor relations, inspections, and the permit process.

Specialities

Kevin specializes in facilities management, including capital projects, remodels, and renovations. However, his natural talents lie in mentoring and motivating his team. He understands the importance of training and encourages his team members to learn new skills and grow in their roles. In 2023, Kevin received an ACE Award for Corporate Support Person of the Year from Multifamily NW. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree from Portland State University and a master’s in Divinity from Western Seminary.

Ask Me About...

In my free time, you will find me creating ukuleles, snare drums, and fancy sheds that could be called studios. I also enjoy swinging my golf clubs, tending my “seed started” garden plants, reading a thrilling novel, or studying the current REAC/NSPIRE update newsletter. What I enjoy the most is traveling with my wife and visiting exotic places like Maui, Maui, and Maui! I enjoy the Hawaiian sun, snorkeling, and anything to do with the sand.
