Tina Langdon

Experience

With more than 20 years of property management experience, Tina rejoined Guardian in 2022 as a Portfolio Manager and is currently a Senior Portfolio Manager. Previously, she worked as an asset manager underwriting LIHTC deals and working with HUD and RD properties in four states. She also worked as a portfolio manager of conventional and LIHTC communities for two regional property management companies. Tina started her career as an onsite manager and maintenance while pursuing her MBA. Prior to a career in property management, she served in the Air National Guard, United States Air Force.

Specialities

Tina specializes in tax credit properties and understands the nuances of compliance with local, state, and federal regulations. She is also well-versed in HUD payment standards and Section 8 programs related to rent increases. Tina was awarded the ACE Award for Portfolio Manager of the Year from Multifamily NW in 2023. She was also awarded Portfolio Manager of the Year and nominated for the Emerald Awards in 2018. She holds a master's degree in Business Administration and Organizational Management. Tina is currently working toward her Washington Designated Broker license.

Volleyball! I coach locally in Castle Rock, WA and travel with the NSR - NW Power National Team. We connect 10 student/athletes from various states and play in tournaments showcasing them as college prospects. Continuing education is very important to me, and I love to help provide college educational opportunities to families while helping instill life skills in our future managers, teachers, doctors, and construction professionals.
